About Fix My Mobile

Originally working part time as a phone technician in 2000, Willem began his business in the Netherlands with unlocking and basic phone repairs under the business name Phonetronics. In 2004 after getting his Degree in Economics, Willem set up the company Fixsupport. A repair company in mobile phones and PDA’s located in the Netherlands. After only twelve months of running the company, Fixsupport had become  ‘number one’ in out of warranty repairs in the Netherlands. In 2006 at the age of just 22 Willem sold the company and it’s now still a successful business.

After a period of travelling around the world Willem has established a successful business in Australia with the creation of Fix My Mobile, providing out of warranty repairs for all mobile phones. The business quickly developed into a family business with Willem’s partner Yvonne running the day to day administration of the business, and her children Christopher working in the business as a technician specializing in solving software problems on mobile phones since April 2010, and Joshua in admin support.

Formerly a home business, Fix My Mobile has grown in leaps and bounds to be one of Brisbane's leading mobile phone repairers with stores open 7 days a week at both Westfield Carindale and Westfield Chermside shopping centres. We look forward to our continued growth throughout Queensland, with the vision of expanding Australia wide in the future.
