Love the guys in Adelaide Street. Always very helpful and upfront about what can and can't be done and how much it is likely to cost. I have used them on several occasions and been very happy with their work. The prices can be expensive but this is the business of technology and it is a costly exercise if you break a screen or drop your phone in the toilet like me. Great service. I went to Carindale about a week before and got a basic quote. Took the tablet in and was voluntarily given more information about what could be causing the problem etc and what steps would be taken to repair the device. Received text messages to let me know it might take longer than first anticipated but ended up being as first predicted. When I collected it they had replaced the battery and also the charging port but only charged me for the battery. Guys were great and helpful. Only negative would be that I didnt get a receipt when I paid the bill so I'm hoping they fixed the problem and the parts arent faulty.

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The technitian at Carindale was flat out serving customers & I suspect had little or no time to actually analyse my phone. I had dropped it in a pool briefly so he gave it little hope although it was on and responding it had no light to see screen. He thought we cld at least save data but when I called the next day full of hope. He said no. I suspect he didn't even get time to look at it as we took it home plugged it in to the lap top & retrieved our data. We were still charged a service fe

Had an issue with my wife's NEXUS 5 constantly rebooting and not letting you use the phone. As soon as I explained the problem, the technician knew exactly what the problem was. Said it was a fairly common issue, explained the reason for the cost of repair and got on with it. Another repairer I asked said it could be software or the battery which I didn't believe and I'm glad I ignored them and used Fix My Mobile. One small replacement part has fixed her phone so a software or replacement battery would never have solved this issue. Highly recommend the guys at the Chermside branch.

I have had my iPhone and iPad fixed by the guys at the Adelaide Street store on several occasions and I have found their service outstanding. Very professional and friendly and the prices are very competitive.
I also liked that they followed up my visit by email and alerted me when job was completed (on time).

Even though the device analysis period took a bit longer than expected, once this was completed the rest of the service was brilliant. They were keeping me up to date with every step of the analysis and provided the exact estimated cost (based on the parts required), requiring my approval before proceeding.
Even though the price ended up been a little bit higher than I expected, the service was great because the mobile was fully repaired and all the data was recovered, which in the end of the day are the important things
