I took my phone to the Chermside store. My Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini's screen was cracked. So I took it in and they said come back in an hour. So we went back and it was fixed. What was even better was that he also offered me a glass screen protection for $24.95. He was nice and I would definitely go back again. That is, if my screen brakes (but it won't).

I have had nothing but crap service from you. Told 10-12 days for repairs, 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have called a couple of times and your recording says you will provide regular updates via email and texts on the progress of the repair - well this is false advertising as not once have I had any communication from you. I have had to do all the calling and asking questions and forcing your staff to actually contact the repairer for updates. If I hadn't have forced them to call repairer, they would have read to me from their computer screen exactly the same message I got from them last week. I will be recommending everyone I know DOES NOT use you or recommend you to anyone. Totally disgusted with the service. Christmas is now a few days away and I am still waiting.

You are definitely right in pointing out that our communication missed the mark and we do understand how frustrating this has been for you at this very busy time of year. Our communication and customer service are two areas we do try to excel at, so we don't take this lightly. We had a number of changes that affected us in the weeks leading up to Christmas which we have now overcome but nevertheless we will continue to work towards providing much better information in the future.

I took apart my iPhone 4 to fix my home button but couldn't put them back together. I was about to throw it to the bin when I decided to try fixmymobile. They not only able to put it back together in working condition, but they done it in a short time and with reasonable fee. Fixmymobile saves me hundreds of dollars in buying a new iPhone. Thank you.
Ps: don't try to fix your own phone, take it to the professional.

I took my iphone 4 in for repair. As i am very busy and need to get my phone fixed quickly, i decided not to risk my phone, my time and my money going with the other less experienced repairers. The last thing i needed was to have to keep taking my phone back for more repairs and warranty claims.
FixMyMobile, were so quick (i booked through their online portal), they confirmed every step of the way, and they had it repaired before i had a chance to leave the shopping centre.
I highly recommend that you consider giving these guys your phone for repair. At least you know you are in the BEST hands and your data is safe. Cant say that about their competitors....
