I experienced excellent, prompt and efficient on-the-spot service with the lowest price for repairing the cracked screen on my Huawei Nova 3i Mobile Phone. I was very impressed with my interaction with Shane on the phone and Steve and the teckie (Sorry I forget his name) in the repair shop. They not only promptly repaired my phone but also made me feel very special. I am going back to get the batteries on my old phone replaced and will recommend them to family and friends. | staff were friendly and efficient but the service itself for screen replacement was awful and very disappointing. had to take my iphone back twice because the screen started flickering when it was repaired after a shattered screen and had VERY dull colours. whites appear gray on it and I cannot touch the screen anymore without subtle rainbow spots showing, very frustrated. just want my normal phone screen quality back because I'm a photographer and it's very hard to do anything like that with a lower quality screen. | A few days ago I dropped my phone on the road and had a very damaged screen and LCD display. I walked into Fix My Mobile in Chermside and meet with Jake. | Great service. Quick and pleasant but the best thing was the honest service. I had taken my phone in for a suspected charging port replacement but was told it only needed a clean. Other businesses/industries would've charged the full parts and labour cost regardless but to hear that a replacement (and cost) wasn't necessary, was truly refreshing. It really makes me confident that I won't be ripped off for unnecessary work and I'll definitely be back, when I need some help. Can't speak highly enough. | Gary and staff were very friendly and professional. I really like the online booking portal and email confirmations/notifications as my time is very precious. As promised, they completed my task within the timeframe. I loved the demonstration of major phone functions on collection to assure me the phone was in 100% working order. The shattered screen and cameral on my mobile was able to be replaced to like new condition in 1/2 an hour for.a very reasonable price. the price was very reasonable for such a job, obviously its not something you can just pull out of your pocket, but for the job it was much cheaper then other stores. | It is very hard to find somewhere to fix Huawei P20 Pros and Fix my mobile in Brisbane were able to do it for me. There was a postal delay in the delivery of the parts for my repair and I had a flight booked to Cairns. | My daughter dropped her iPhone breaking the screen and after stuffing around making appointments with Apple etc, they kindly told me that they wouldn’t fix it and my only option was a new phone. I dropped in to the kiosk at Westfield Chermside and the guy there had a look and said “no worries”, this can be fixed. | I went to the apple store initially thinking it would be the cheapest place to get my apple phone fixed....big mistake!! To fix my cracked screen and replace my battery they were going to charge me $278 and take 2hours. I walked out and went to ‘Fix My Mobile’ to enquire about their cost for a screen and battery replacement and they said $150 AND he did it in half an hour...AND he let me watch the whole process AND explained what he was doing along the way!!! AND they also emailed me various discount vouchers for next time! While I was watching him work an elderly lady who was meant to be meeting her daughter and was waiting for a phone call came to the counter because her phone had died. | Very disappointed. When I dropped my phone off I was told to return in an hour. When I returned they said they hadn't had time to get to it yet and to return in another half hour. Then when I got my phone home I experienced problems where the phone seemed to have a mind of it's own, scrolling up and down and changing pages all by itself. I returned to the store and was told they would replace the screen and that it would take an hour. When I returned in an hour the assistant said they couldn't get it to work and come back in half an hour. When we returned in half an hour it still was not working and we had to wait a further half hour before we could collect it. Since I no longer had any confidence that the repairer would be able to successfully repair my phone and it had became almost unusable I have been forced to pay $1220 for a new phone on top of the cost of the repair. | My screen was initially fixed about 2 weeks ago. Although the online booking system was used, the booth didn't have the appointment details and I was told the online booking was not working. Nonetheless, I was attended to efficiently and without issue. My new screen decided not to work this week. I took it to the Carindale booth without prior notice. | Very poor experience. Our iPad had a slightly broken screen, otherwise worked perfectly. The screen had been broken for a few months. Took it to the Carindale store to get fixed, spent $168 on this. Was working when we left the store but as soon as the battery went flat it never worked again. Took it to the Apple Shop - the IPad was still working when plugged into their computer but the screen didn't display. They said whoever replaced the screen has broken it. I went back to your shop to ask about it. Was told we needed to spend another $199 to fix it, even though your store broke it. And because it was just over a month since we'd had it replaced, our alleged lifetime warranty was out of date. We went interstate just after it was allegedly fixed, hence was unable to return earlier to have it reviewed. Also had to wait a week to get into Apple to have them check it first. So very unhappy that it cost me $168 for your store to ruin my iPad. So I'm out of pocket and no longer have a device that works. It was working before your Carindale store staff touched it, now it doesn't and you're not willing to help unless I pay another $199. | Went to the Chermside kiosk and wasn't even greeted by the girl working there. She was too busy on her phone. Had to call her, and when she did, she was quite rude and dismissive. Took the tablet in and was voluntarily given more information about what could be causing the problem etc and what steps would be taken to repair the device. Received text messages to let me know it might take longer than first anticipated but ended up being as first predicted. When I collected it they had replaced the battery and also the charging port but only charged me for the battery. Guys were great and helpful. I had dropped it in a pool briefly so he gave it little hope although it was on and responding it had no light to see screen. Said it was a fairly common issue, explained the reason for the cost of repair and got on with it. | I had broken my phone's touch screen and Fix My Mobile was the best deal I could find. Even buying a replacement screen from eBay and attempting the repairs myself wasn't really worthwhile, compared to the professional repair I got from these guys. By the way, they were super friendly in the Brisbane CBD, and they fix phones right in front of you, which for me added a bit of trustworthiness because I then could see that they knew what they were doing and actually cared about the repair. 10/10, I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.
