Sat 28 July 11.30 booking to have my iPhone 6+ screen replaced at chermside Westfield due to a thin hairline crack left side. Service very good. Live 3hrs away. However a few days after I have noticed a tiny dot top right of my screen which was not there prior. It looks like a tiny light underneath the screen is on. I especially notice it when I'm tryping messages or have a blank page. Can this be removed??

The team worked hard to unbrick the HTC one m8 to work it life out of the rumble.
But it died and cannot be used. Even though I am tempted to get the same model, I might try different handset as my second phone. Good one guys for your efforts.

Unfortunately I broke my iPad screen again 2 months after replacement. This time the metal frame was dented. It was fixed again within an hour. Works perfectly - thanks.

I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced at the BrisbaneCBD outlet. I booked online late one night for a 10am appointment the next morning - it was not a problem and I received confirmation of my booking quickly. Even though I arrived early at 9;30am for my appointment, my phone was fixed in 20 minutes. Great communication, great service and for a reasonable price. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

The touchscreen of my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone was cracked and broken. It had been run over by a car. Fix My Mobile provided a fast, efficient, and friendly service. I dropped it in around 9am and it was fixed and ready to go be the early afternoon. They also checked there was nothing else wrong with it, before replacing the cracked screen. It is now "as good as new". I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting their mobile phone fixed.

I wrote a review on 20 May 2017 about the lack of proper customer service by a young woman. Her name is Becky if I recall correctly. She has since left Fix My Mobile. I have been to this company since and had way better service. Although the price was way too steep for what I wanted done.

Went to the Chermside kiosk and wasn't even greeted by the girl working there. She was too busy on her phone. Had to call her, and when she did, she was quite rude and dismissive. She had a look at the phone and said it couldn't be repaid and practically threw the phone on the counter. Just had a poor attitude. When I tried to ask her a question, she cut me off and said it couldn't be done. Was a terrible experience being treated like that. Customer service was absolutely terrible.
